Dealer Payment Terms
We like to keep things simple.
Here's what you need to know.
Payment
- Payment is due when your order is placed, unless we've agreed alternative payment terms with you in writing.
- Dealer orders are paid by bank transfer using the payment details provided at checkout, on your invoice or in the Dealer Portal.
- Once you've made payment, head to Payments Due and click Notify Payment Made against the relevant order(s). This lets our team know your payment is on its way while we match it against our bank account.
- Until we've received and reconciled your payment, the order will continue to show as outstanding.
If Payment Becomes Overdue
We know things occasionally get missed. If an order remains unpaid, we'll send reminders and you'll see notifications in the Dealer Portal so you know exactly where your account stands.
If an account remains overdue, we may suspend ordering privileges until the outstanding balance is paid or you've contacted us and we've agreed another arrangement.
If ordering is suspended, you won't be locked out. You can still log in, view your account and access Payments Due to see what's outstanding and notify us once payment has been made.
If there's a problem with a payment, talk to us. We'd much rather sort it out with you than restrict your account.
Using the Dealer Portal
Dealer Portal access is for authorised Pulsar dealers. Please keep your login details secure — orders placed through your account are treated as orders submitted by your team.
Submitting an order doesn't automatically guarantee acceptance. We may need to review or decline an order where reasonably necessary.
From time to time we may update these terms as the Dealer Portal evolves. If we make a material change affecting your payment or ordering obligations, we'll give you reasonable notice.
The Short Version
Order. Pay. Let us know you've paid. We'll take care of the rest.
By ticking below, you confirm you've read and understood these Dealer Payment Terms and agree to them when using the Pulsar Dealer Portal.
