Return Policy for Purchased Turbos

At Pulsar Turbos, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our return policy complies with New Zealand legislation and covers the return of purchased turbos or accessories, including damaged goods.

1. Damages and issues:
Please carefully open your package and keep intact all packaging elements. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Restocking Fee:
If you wish to return a turbo or accessory for reasons other than damage or defect, we a restocking fee of 20% will apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, testing, and restocking the item to ensure it meets resale standards. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount and will be communicated to you at the time of return authorisation.

3. Change of Mind:
Please note we will not provide refunds for change of mind.

4. Conditions of Return:
To be eligible for a return, the turbo or accessory must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of the receipt of the item. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.

5. Return Process:

6. Refund Processing:
Once the returned turbo is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
